Thanks to Dave Pascoe we now have solved two issues on Microsoft
platforms:

"IOError: [Errno 9] Bad file descriptor" 
	For some reason, on a Windows platform, you MUST supply the
	python executable (and path)  after the piping character.
	Apparently this is a known but obscure Windows issue.  


Microsoft ist using a BACKslash as directory delimiter - which will
cause all kinds of pain in various places. In the new 0.8.11 version of
fw1r55_to_fwdoc those will get replaced by correct slashes.
