Missing CSS Components

I am having problems changing the complete style of my html ruleset dump. It
seems that the style sheet does not cover all the elements used in the html
itself.

I have identified one missing class 

td.header {
background-color: Yellow;
text-align: left;
font-weight: bold;
font-size: larger;
}

but am missing others to do with the left hand column.

Does none have a style sheet that covers all page elements?
