Updated MoSShE v10.2.18 to 10.2.22

Another feature-release:

v10.2.22
    Volker Tanger 
	- added web interface URL to alert mails
	- added function to selectively alert admins about their system
	- added full logging functions
	- added agglomeration function to allow central server(s),
	  to create one (or more) central servers polling information
	  from agents

The new version is available at http://www.wyae.de/software/mosshe/


So all needed to cover all functions of the "old" MoSSHe is 
	- a web GUI with grouping and hierarchies of servers
	- graphs (will be RRD-based instead of HTML, thus better)
	- hierarchical testing/alerting 
	  (automatically comes if hierarchical agglomeration is used)
