New version / branching of MoSShE

Hi!

No, the name is not a typo - I completely revamped the MoSShE
mechanism and scripts.

It still runs on Shell (only), but now does no longer need SSH and
dedicated accounts. Basically each system is running its own
supervision without need for a central server - but will be able to
run as central server (soon). 

I am planning on building privisions for a central server within the
next days, though, as well as RRD graphing (weeks, here).

Please test the new version which you can download from
	http://www.wyae.de/software/mosshe/

and report bugs and suggestions.
