Hi!

A minor update for MoSSHe: now local files and processes names can be 
monitored for existence. I originally wrote this to check my ClamAV-Daemon 
which keeps dying - but failed to realize that the alert mails won't get 
through the then-broken mailfilter either. Bugger.

Anyway, the functionality is great, just alerting has to be improved...
