Update of FW1Rules and FWdoc to CheckPoint NG R65

Greetings!

Thanks to Jacob Jacobson we now have FWdoc and its predecessor FW1Rules
running with CheckPoint rulesets up to R65 (instead of R55).

The new versions are available at

and	http://www.wyae.de/software/fwdoc/FWtools/

Please test, send reports and patches.
