problems with fw1rules-7.3.42

hi!

i'm having problems with my setup converting
NG FP2 config...

I got objects_5_0.C and rulebases_5_0.fws
from my Checkpoint management station...running

C:\Tools\fw1rules-7.3.42>fw1rules.pl --rules=rulebases_5_0.fws
--objects=objects_5_0.C --all_services --all_objects --output_html=tito
bi.html
FW1rules (7.3.42) - by Volker Tanger 

gives no errors, all objects and services present on the
html report but no rules displayed :(

maybe I got the wrong rules config file but I cant find the .W file
from the CPfw1-NG\conf directory of the management station (not
even on the firewall itself) only the objects file is there
