Thanks (again) Dan! First I did not find any hint on why that would not
run properly. Later the simple (re)solution: that probably only is a
problem if you are using the --merge-... options to read NG/AI rulesets'
FWS files. That routine insisted on quotes (where the original one
didn't).

Bug will be fixed in 7.3.41 - out really soon.
